I am trying to buy a condo in White Plains, and then I have just found it's in a rent-stabilization building.

If I intend to rent this condo out after a few years when I get married, what's the implication of this policy to me as a potential landlord?

The relevant laws are quite lengthy and complicated. Could someone give me a short explanation in plain words? Thanks!

That's right. It's very close to the City Center.

Do you know if such buildings are priced lower than the similar ones without this restriction policy?
