I think someone just likes to sit and whine about it. You know my parents didn't pay for me to go to college - I did and it was bust as$ work to get my degree. I didn't just sit on my duff and whine and give up. If you want something bad enough you will find a way to get it, but there are no free rides.
Since you brought it up, how long ago did you attend college? What was the cost of college? What were your wages like relative to inflation?

As for the rest of your comment, I wonder how many non-black people have opened and put money in a bank account in a black-owned bank.

And the fact of the matter is a lot of jobs don't quite frankly require someone to be a Harvard English scholar.

And I'm takling high-paying white and blue collar jobs, such as Accounting, Doctors, Logistics, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, etc.

They don't?

I'm almost certain that I've met black men in small businesses.

I'm not following what these two posts have to do with each other. Or maybe they don't, but why mention the latter?

They were two different responses to two different people regarding two different sub-topics within this topic.

Is there something wrong with that?

Not at all. I just wasn't following. So, you're saying that good grammar isn't a requirement for careers that cover "I'm takling high-paying white and blue collar jobs, such as Accounting, Doctors, Logistics, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, etc." which is a different topic. I got it.

No, I said the work they do (mostly with science/math) don't require them to be Harvard English scholars.

Would you disagree and why?

I don't think being a Harvard English scholar is required, but I do think an ability to write and communicate well is a necessity in the sciences. Poor grammar, barring issues that arise from second languages, isn't something I come across. At least not among scientists since writing is a part of the job.

They don't have to be "Harvard English scholars" but a good mastery of the English language and proper communication skills is essential in any white collar profession. Scientists, accountants and doctors do not work in a vacuum and they must be able to effectively communicate with their team members and their clients/patients.
