Depends on where you live. I raise a family of three in the midwest on less than that.

Is $60,000 a decent salary for one person to live comfortable on, with 0 debts/loans?
Do ALL white people still hate blacks in America
Is $92,000 a decent yearly net income for a family of four?
Could a family of four live comfortable on this.
Thinking of moving to Catonsville Md
I currently live in Newark, Nj and have visted This area twice. I am married with a 3/yo daughter.
Places to avoid in Howard County
Owings Mills, decent area?
is $61,000 a decent salary for one adult, with no family to support?
Best ways to make Atlanta more walkable?
just another troll. total controversy to try and drum up more traffic on CD. can't even keep a single straight concept going, all around the charts and even contradicts itself. Single, Married, one kid, then two? Racist, pacifist. just close another idiotic thread for the ones that real people use.

Let's put it this way. The median income is this nation is $26,324. That means 50% of all American workers earn less than this amount.

66% of all American workers earn less than $39,900. So someone earning 60,000 is well above the median income in this nation. So yeah that is a very good income based on those standards.

Now is $60,000 enough to live the lifestyle you want? That is the question.
