About 5 hours. That's all I really need, I fall asleep almost immediately and I get my REM quick.

I am constantly stressed and typically need to take something like Advil PM or Valerian Root to sleep. The doctor prescribed Ambien but it really didn't do anything.

Im in bed 8 hours but I think I only get a few REM hours of sleep. I still wake up tired most of the time. I found an hour of exercise every day helps me get a better night sleep.

What is the source of your stress?

As a college student, I sleep around 5-6 hours per night (even weekends) however, this feels like TOO MUCH sleep compared to some of my peers.

I totally feel you. I was laid off end of Feb and called back to work in June. Those three months it felt like I hardly slept.

To the topic at hand, I usually get 7ish hours during the week and 5-6 on the weekend.

Usually around 4-5 hours. Not much, but I do fine on it. Sometimes I sneak in a siesta around lunch time if I need it.

About 7 hours on a good night. I go to bed at the same time, and get up an hour earlier than I did when I stayed home with my kids. My evenings are filled with laundry and homework and dishes. I now make it to the gym about once every other week, when I used to go 2-3 times/week.
