2 day anger management won't do squat tho.

This goes way back. You've got rage inside you and you displace it onto minor things which seem like big things at the time. Your rage is looking for some rationale to let it out.

For me, likewise, with 2-day suspension for fist gesture, mandatory anger-management/sensitivity training. Apologies flew all over the room. Our boss, our boss' boss, us two "combatants" all in attendance. I was sternly told, "You're getting off easy...next time, walk away if you feel your heat rising! Blow a gasket, blow a job."
I'm glad you didn't lose your job, Rick. However, I hope you take the anger management training seriously and learn how to control your temper. Otherwise, it could eventually be your undoing.

Good luck to you.

The 2-day thing is his suspension. I suspect the anger management training will be more of an ongoing thing.

Am I correct, OP?

Next time, put her in a sleeperhold to shut her up.

Personally, I think this is a troll post.

You are lucky! Let this serve as a learning moment and keep your temper under control. People who realize they have a bad temper are the ones who really need to work on it not getting out of control.

Why so angry?

In that case it was. Best to work on your temper before you get fired or thrown into jail, buddy.

You've been told numerous times on C-D to pipe down and get anger management treatment. I'm glad this escalated so you have to.

Yeah, no kidding. Can't imagine such a scene in a professional setting. Get some help with your anger management. Supervisor yelling at you is inappropriate as well. Your workplace sounds like a zoo.
