Again for those still tracking, we work remotely. My team is all over the country so no party or taking them out. I only have four so I figured $30 per person isn't too much, I can handle that.

I'm on several remote teams. One is based in France, two in SoCal, and one here in Florida. I've been to the Florida headquarters just once to meet some of the people in person. I'd happily meet with the others if they wanted to buy me a ticket to L.A. or France!
Be cautious with this one. Some employees view lunch as "me time", and making them hang out with their coworkers and boss would be perceived by them as the exact opposite of a gift.

Oh I'd make it completely optional but I think most would appreciate a free lunch from a nice restaurant. If they decline, then so be it.
