Oceania (Australia, Micronesia, Polynesia, and New Zealand).
Not saying it is boring. It's not. Just that somewhere needs to be the bottom and this is the one with the least to offer the world.
The place is extremely beautiful though, just like I said, somewhere has to come in 6th among the inhabitable continents. I wanted to say Africa but it's so large and so vast and so populated that you can do and see a lot and it would take a lifetime.
This is what I was wondering. I have been seeing this thread and thought it would die shortly but now see that it's a few years old Every continent is interesting and it doesn't take humans to make it so:
Antarctica:
Coldest place on earth. Largest land creature is a tiny wingless insect. All other life either flies or swims away. Contains 90% of the worlds ice.
South America:
Has the actual driest places on the planet. Greatest diversity of bird species. Second longest river in the world which has a force so powerful, that the water at the surface of the Atlantic Ocean is fresh almost 100 miles at sea.
North America:
Greatest diversity of landscapes. One of only two continents that range from the polar region to the tropics. Contains one of the largest, if not the largest watershed on earth. Before European settlement, was second only to Africa in terms of biomass.
Africa:
Contains largest concentrations of mammals on the planet. Birthplace of the Human species. Contains the largest living land animals. Has the most expansive desert.
Europe:
A peninsula largely made up of other peninsulas. Contains the largest number of both east-west and north-south mountain ranges. Mild climate for its latitude.
Asia: Largest continent and by extension, has the spot farthest from any ocean. Contains the highest mountain and mountain range in the world. One of only two continents to range from a polar region into the tropics.
Australia:
The driest continent. Millions of years of isolation has led to unique wildlife. Many areas have red soil, looking like Mars.
People are not required to make a continent interesting and every continent is interesting in it's own way.
Putting Anarctica on there makes it unfair. If Anarctica was gone, it would be between South America and Europe. Honestly though, EVERY CONTINENT IS INTERESTING!

This thread should be titled; "which continent is your personal least favorite?"
And only because it includes Australia. Australia should really be in this poll by itself as it is a continent and lumping in Hawaii and NZ with it is strange.
