You still didn't answer my question ...

Those links have nothing to do with what we're talking about lol.
Its just a few very patriotic people but people choose them to represent us for some reason so now everytime an American says something good about his country people get all whiny

I was joking. Was not serious at all.

Exactly! Back when the US's credit rating dropped really should have been when we woke up.

Lies! The rest of the world can only get that impression from us so like it or not, we are guilty of that.

Please! Just stop. This entire reply is intellectually bankrupt and you're only making yourself look rather retarded when in reality you're really not. Don't reply just because you feel you have to. That isn't going to accomplish what you might want to.

Because we've been thru this (which I explained until you apparently deleted my comment with no explanation)…. that the OP is clearly a straw man propaganda piece from a known rightwing think tank, trying to pass as "news". And worse it's based on isolated, out-of-context criteria…. which totally ignore other real-world 'criteria' like human rights, income disparity, environmental devastation, etc.; capitalism and "economic freedom" don't exist in a vacuum.

In other words, "answering your question" is kinda like answering "when did you stop beating your wife"!

BTW, I notice you didn't answer mine either.

On the contrary, I think Invincibl3's comments give us keen insight into the workings of the mind of your typical Joe Sixpack in the states, who watches CNBC and genuinely believes that their country is in an economic recovery.
