This is very subjective. According to what criteria, and the answer changes significantly.

I like Sydney, Singapore, Honolulu, Copenhagen...

Tokyo by far for excitement, amazing restaurants and clubs and culture and low to no crime, singapore, bangkok for food and bars and women and the amazing culture. I love Munich (pre refugee ) very nice city and arts scene and culture, Barcelona for sure, amazing architecture and climate and food.

In America there arent any that I would really rate high but I love Charleston for the food, drink, women, sailing and architecture. Miami is a dump overall but I love a few places, a few great restaurants and great boating, new orleans is a huge mess crime wise but a few fascinating areas for architecture, climate and food and music, the strip in las vegas for fun but most American cities are expensive and not much fun.

Costa rica doesnt have many big cities but an amazing country, I also love colombia, medellin has a bad reputation but is alot of fun

I was thinking that too.

Also Nice, France.

I really like Switzerland too, but I'm not too sure about their cities,
Zurich, Geneva, Lausanne, all a bit too bland.

It's a subjective question. My favourite city in the world is Vienna. I think however the most complete city in the world is Paris, but I know that there are some runned down areas in the "banlieue". London would be another candidate, but I don't like the recent skyscrapers which are, in my opinion, spoiling the skyline; and, more seriously, I heard some news about some sharia-ruled neighbourhoods (those living there may confirm or deny this). I never travelled to USA and Canada for evaluating the cities there.
