These are some guesses

Belize - It's the only former English colony in Central America and is sometimes classed more as "Caribbean."

Suriname - I think it's the only independent former Dutch colony in the Americas and appears to be the only "Dutch Language Union" member outside Europe.

Madagascar - An African land that may not have been inhabited until AD times and where the people largely speak Austronesian languages rather than a language related to anything on the continent of Africa.

Hebrew and Arabic are closely related enough that this is not exceptional to me. What is exceptional is that Israel is a Jewish nation surrounded by predominantly Islamic countries.

Although Hebrew & Arabic are from the same language family their were alphabets are completely different. Besides that not all Arabs are Muslim. So Israel is a country with a Jewish majority surrounded by (ethnic) Arab countries with Muslim majorities.

How a language is written is so superficial as to be irrelevant when discussing the relatedness of languages. I could transcribe this entire post in Arabic or Hebrew characters and it would still be English.

That's why I wrote "predominantly Islamic" in my post. That is what predominantly means.

All of eastern Russia...surrounded by Asian countries.

The Falkland Islands, although a British territory, seem out of place as well.

False. Cuba is no longer majority white but is probably about 40-45% white. Puerto Rico is majority white.

And even on the majority black islands one can find people of all races or mixtures of different races.

Romania. Romance-language speaking country which includes a large number of Hungarians and a large part of it should be part of Hungary.

It would actually make more sense if Romania was where the former Yugoslavia was, because then they'd be right next door to another country whose language is based on Latin (Italy).

North Korea

BTW: Ever look at it on Google maps (not satellite)? The entire country is just white space on the map - no roads or towns shown at all.

India and China .. 2 huge asian countries that share a large border throughout the himalayan ranges .. our language, culture, religion, physical characteristics are entirely different .. the only similarity both our nations have in common is its growing population and economy ..although China seems far ahead of India in business and infrastructural aspects. Thanks to illitracy, corruption and narrow mindset of some Indians (For whatever reasons) our country is moving at a snails pace.Thats really unfortunate and very disappointing.
