I had a beautiful dream
that I was sitting by a stream.
Next to me my sister so dear
it was no dream for it was so crystal clear.

We had our feet in the cold water
and on my lap I was holding my daughter.
On my sisters lap was my son
from all the splashing he got wet on his bum.

Barefoot we strolled through the field
in our beautiful mountainous Bavarian shield.
On a meadow we 4 lay down
and none of us had a frown.

We looked in the blue sky
all the way up high.
Looking at the moving clouds
for us sisters no sorrow or doubts.

My sister I have found
I admire and love so profound.
I am so grateful for her
Dear Father in heaven can concur.

A Monarch butterfly was sitting on my nose
my daughter looking at me funny for my silly pose.
A rabbit hopping by us and eating clover
my son chasing him and it was all over.

The sun was shining hot and bright
we had to blink because of the strong light.
All day I could sit out here
with my sweet and precious sister dear!

Default Rain

Rain is pouring down from the sky
Angels are weeping not one eye is dry.
Heavenly skies are in deep sorrow
hopefully only until tomorrow.
We are Gods children on this earth
every minute another birth.
Some of us have to face death
while taking their last breath.
God is here for us all
no matter how tall or small.
For he loves us dearly
we pray daily so clearly.
Send from above
a beautiful white peace dove.
A symbol of Faith and Hope
for some of us have harder to cope.
Hoping and praying as many stars in the heaven may be
Peace,Unity and Love on earth forever for you and me!

Default Children

I am a mother blessed times four
although in my heart I would have loved to have more.
My kids are close in age just like turning a page.

I was a happy mother to be
so my better half and me.
Always eager for their arrivals mostly late
one even arriving on one of our date.

Wonderful times we spend as a family unit
all smooth and happy fine tune it.
On weekends we always stayed together
even on bad weather.

We played many board games and cards
when they were older even darts.
Street hockey was big in our family and neighborhood
oh how life was so good.

Us parents joined their kids playing hard ball
kids in all sizes tall or small.
It was the fun that counted
sometimes we rode horses we all bareback mounted.

Trips around the world we were able to do
sometimes not knowing where to head without a clue.
But we always had fun
filling our Rucksack with different food like a bun.

Now my kids are all grown up and on their own
but are known to prone.
They still come and talk to me
it puts a smile on my face and a glee.

My children times four I am so blessed to have
throughout their lives I did my best to nav.
A new chapter begins for their journey just begun
while my heart is filled with emotions overrun.

I will be always there for them for sure
whenever and whatever they have to endure.
After all a mother's heart is always with her child
for she has a heart and soul so mild!

Default First Ballroom Dance

I was only 10 when I attended my first ball
I was so slender and small.
It was a ball in Salzburg my parents and I traveled to from Bavaria
Austria was the country area.

I remember wearing a white long Satin gown
with blue ribbon around my waist to represent my town.
My hair was braided up in a beautiful bun
it shimmered in the bright sun.

The Viennese Waltz I had to learn for a year
my beat was always off and I was not in gear.
My partner was a handsome little young man
and he always encouraged me and said ,,yes you can'.'

The ballroom was a magic place to be
wherever I looked I was mesmerized with a glee.
Tall art frames all over on the walls
and also in the halls.

Gold figurines standing on pedestals so high
I always imagined I kick one and it would fly.
I had to be in best behavior at all times and act like a young lady
Mischief was out of the question for myself and my dancing partner Brady.

I hated my white long gloves I had to wear
at times I just wished I could take them off I swear.
But rules were rules and I had to adjust
but my inner tomboy always made me robust.

But the Waltzes from Johann Strauss I loved dearly
a music I grew up with as a child so clearly.
Vienna Blood was my favorite dance to be
and it was my first dance for Brady and me!

Default Sprinter

Haflinger horses in the Alps were running free
hiding out at times behind a pine tree.
They were used to bring in the lumber for the winter
I remember a particular horse I nicknamed Sprinter.

He was my favorite of them all
for he was the right size for me not too tall.
Catching him was quite a task to do
I had at times no clue.

Everyday I went up to the meadow open
and brought with me a sweet token.
I tried to bribe him many times
he listened to my quiet voice that sounded like soft chimes.

I approached him and looked at him straight
communicating with him hoping he would take my bait.
Sprinter was a beautiful horse I wanted to ride
but I had to take it all in stride.

One day I was sitting near a brook
and all I wanted was to look.
Sprinter decided to come close to drink
and that was my perfect link.

I was allowed to touch his neck and and his pretty nose
he looked at me and blew his nose.
Ewww his nostrils flared up and he looked around
I tied a rope around his neck and we walked about.

He followed me cautiously and lay down
not one sign of a strange frown.
I got up on his back gentle and easy and off we went
through the meadow around a bend.

He was my horse that hugged me when I was sad
or just so when we both were glad.
I never knew horses can hug too
for even now and than they have a touch of the blue.

Sprinter and I were best of friends for so long
his and my bond became so very strong.
One day he got ill
and never ever got up and he was so still.

My heart was aching and I missed him dearly
knowing how much he meant to me so clearly.
He was given a grave side of his own
and a meadow surrounding him he never would be alone!

I have lost my mind

Its something that I just can't find

I've looked high and low

Please tell me where

I've got to go

Because I just don't know

Theres nobody telling me

What I should have known

Because I should've known

I really should have known

What am I supposed to do?

Who am I supposed to free?

How am I supposed to be?

When you're the cage around me

Default Town Elder's Power

Dragon chews a pinky toe
Town Elder don't care
Dragon tries fitting his mouth around that pinky toe
Town Elder don't care

A long time later...

Dragon Slayer has a Superman cape
Dragon don't care
Dragon Slayer tries slaying Dragon with a pointy stick
Dragon don't care

A long time later...

Big Man has a Tommy gun and an armored car
Dragon's running
Big Man has his monster cornered in a cave
Dragon's frightened

A short time later...

Dragon Slayer has a samurai sword and seventeen years training as a ninja
Big Man's frightened
Dragon Slayer's bounding off the walls and breaking laws of physics like a sword-bearing monkey god
Big Man's running

A long time later...

Basilisk has a poison breath
Dragon Slayer's frightened
Basilisk's hungry
Townspeople are running
Dragon has a fire breath
Dragon's hungry
Basilisk becomes barbecue
Dragon cooked it

I deleted/edited it numerous times last night. I'm surprised you don't have about five versions of it cluttering up your e-mail, if you see these poems on this thread in e-mail.

Thanks.
