Sorry for my absence lately. This newly written poem kinda explains it:
creeping
realizing myself
Realizing my desires, hopes and dreams
My thoughts creep, slide and crawl
dropping down the well
Well of blackness
well of sadness
As I write this
think this, know this
I realize my thoughts are thus
depressing, closing, suffocating
My spiral begins as I swim
swim for my life, my hopes and dreams
Swim and struggle, struggle to swim
Overwhelming, I struggle for air
to rest, to breathe and live
But the time doesn't exist
Instead I exist
exist to live, to work, to die
for what?! I cry
To what do I aspire?
To what do I strive?
Except to wake up another day,
alive.
