I saw that too. I'm so ignorant of all things automotive, I thought it might be a legitimate word. Did a quick scan through the thread and no one seemed to question it's usage. So is it a real word or just a tortured version of "ubiquitous"?

OK, faux pas is a foreign expression, but still... If you can't spell it, why use it?
The same could be said for, "voila", which--more often than not--seems to be rendered as, "viola".
When I see somebody post the word, "viola", in a non-musical context, I usually ask what a stringed musical instrument has to do with the topic under discussion. Sometimes they actually get my point, but that type of recognition is rare, in my experience.

Some might say they typed too fast.
It drives me nuts when voila is spelled "wala".
I'm sick and tired of apostrophe's in all the word's people write these day's.
