Interesting resurrected thread. I used to pass through Thermopolis on a regular basis and had no idea this building existed.

Seeing how Thermopolis was founded around 1900, and Broadway was part of the original plat, I'd be willing to bet the persons constructing the building added what they had seen around the west as Native American good luck symbols into their architecture. It wasn't until 30 years later the symbol was high jacked by the nazi party.

But you could always call the Hot Springs County Assessor to find exact date of construction.
