We, too, are looking at the same communities and are on the verge of becoming empty nesters. Agree on Bridgemill...it's too big for us but I do like Weilands product. Shelly Woods is on the top of our list. We like the community & love the Lily Loft plan. I do wish it had walking trails, though. Audubon Lakes is very nice but Shea's first floors are all very similar & the bedrooms are small..a big drawback for us. McCar..we did not like the community layout or their product. We are back in SC at the end of the month for another look..decsion time is approaching. I want to take a look at Ryan's Serenity Point in Tega Cay...it looks very nice!
Good Luck!!

DDR57 - We checked out Serenity Point over the weekend. We loved the wooded lots but after talking to the rep, decided it wasn't the place for us because we'd have to get in the car and drive to the other part of Tega Cay for access to amenities. Inconvenient in my opinion.

Oh that's interesting~~ Thanks for the insight...Tega Cay has such great amenities to offer but to have to drive to them..? We will still check it out but that does put a damper on Serenity Point. Thanks for the info!
