Caller stated that an employee handling food was chewing tobacoo while handling food.
Spoke with Brice Handy, the employee/manager named in the complaint, he admitted to chewing tobacco while handling food at work. Discussed the importance of cross contamination/ environmental/ physical contamination prevention.

Mandy who was the manager tells me that it is not true that they use the same cutting board raw meat and vegetables. she showed me diffrent cutting boards and what they use each and evryone.
After investigating the cutting board no violations were found and was not observed any sign that was used same cutting board for raw meat and vegetable.
