  • 6.1- Drive thru window left open. Keep outer openings closed to prevent possible pest entry. Reportedly new piece needs ordered to keep window closed.
  • Note: Reportedly mulch was smoldering last week and fire department removed piece of coving by back door. Manager was told by fire department to leave coving off a few weeks to make sure problem with mulch is fixed.
  • Rotten brown lettuce in walk-in cooler is separate out from other lettuce to be returned. Reportedly lettuce was just received.
  • Heat treatment logs were available for shake machine.

  • *4.5/4.6 The following food contact surfaces were soiled:
  • -food debris on fryer baskets
  • -C/pop syrup build-up on pop nozzles in the drive-thru area
  • Food contact surfaces shall be washed, rinsed, and sanitized and clean to the sight and touch.
  • 4.5 The following equipment needs cleaned:
  • -grease build-up on bottom of hot holding cabinet racks
  • -grease build-up on the inside of the fryer cabinets
  • Equipment shall be free of dust, dirt, and debris and be clean to sight and touch.
  • 6.4 Observed missing/chipped coving beside and across from the ice machine. Repair this in order to create a more easily cleanable surface.
  • 4.1 Observed a melted knife handle in the knife storage bin. Replace this knife in order to provide a more easily cleanable surface.
  • -Observed proper hot and cold holding temperatures throughout.
  • -Observed proper chemical storage and labeling throughout.
  • -Observed proper thawing under refrigeration.
  • -90 days of heat treatment logs were available.
  • -1 accurate long stem thermometer was available for use.

No, I would not I got discriminated against at the drive thru by an assistant manager name Angela Cole, she called me the N word . I should of made a police report but I didn't but wanted to report it to the cam corporation instead
