  • On this date this inspector visited another operation owned by the Stoyko's. Reportedly the last day of business for the this operation will be 2/28/12. Currently the operation is open until the remaining beer is sold. Liquor control has been contacted and reportedly the liquor license will be placed in escrow on Feb 28th, 2012.

  • 4.2 Provide a chlorine test kit to assure 50-200 ppm is maintained.
  • R/6.4 Observed carpet was installed by the three vat sink and mop sink. Repair this.
  • R/4.1/9.0 Remove non-commercial microwave and toaster oven from premises. Provide commercial grade equipment.
  • Note: No food preparation was observed during this inspection.
