This is the worse customer service that I have ever had at all WH's I am in the process of contacting corporate for how horrible this treatment has been consistently. On several occasions when it was not busy no one came to me until 12 to 15 mins later to see about me ordering food. I saw dish water splash on two gentlemen's food and the waitress still gave it to them because they didn't see it. They rarely answer the phone even if they're not busy. I ordered a large bacon and the older lady took bacon off of my sandwich and told me "hey this is a large bacon right here" As if I didn't know that she just did that, so she cheated me. The mgr never asked if I had been helped. I called in to order food one day and I the girl who was on the phone was talking to some guy about music and trying to exchange numbers, and she put me on hold she just hung up the phone on me. Then when I got there once AGAIN no one came to ask me about my order, they just do not care, absolutely HORRIBLE, SO HORRIBLE, customer service is the worse Customer service that I've ever seen in my dang life at Waffle House!!!
