Address: 75 Greenmanville Ave.
Description: Take a ride on the last coal-fired passenger steamboat in America (possibly the world). It was built in 1908 in East Boothbay, Maine, to ferry passengers on the Damariscotta River. Now a working exhibit at the Mystic Seaport, the double decks of the Sabino are a fascinating experience, cruising on the Mystic River out into the Sound for day or evening journeys. The longer trip lasts about an hour and a half, with shorter half-hour cruises from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day. There are several other recreational cruises out of Mystic Seaport as well, but this is certainly the most interesting vessel to ride on.
