Description: Hidden away in a nondescript strip mall on a busy commercial road a few miles south of downtown, this hybrid Thai-Vietnamese restaurant turns out solid, tasty versions of favorite dishes from both cuisines. Both the pho and tom ka soups are good, as is the pad thai. There’s a wide selection of both meat and vegetarian dishes. The Angry Catfish is an entire fish deep-fried with garlic and hot chiles—it’s quite a meal. There’s also Angry Chicken, Beef, and Pork.
