Description: Dubbed “One of America’s Best Steak Houses,” Shula’s serves certified Angus beef, fresh Florida seafood, lamb, and poultry. Also, enjoy the No Name Lounge for a martini and cigar. The restaurant is themed after the 1972 Miami Dolphins’ “Perfect Season”—the only team in National Football League history to finish a season undefeated. The menus are hand painted on an official NFL game football. Don Shula, of course, is the former professional football coach for the NFL, best known as coach of the Miami Dolphins, the team he led to two Super Bowl victories and to the NFL’s first and only perfect season. Shula currently holds the NFL record for most career wins with 347. At Shula’s Steak House, one of the featured entrees is a 48-ounce porterhouse. Those who finish it join Shula’s 48-Ounce Club, which currently has more than 26,000 members. Wonder how many of those are football players?
