Description: Offering a stunning view of Sag Harbor, B. Smith’s was created by television personality, best-selling cookbook author, and restaurant co-owner Barbara Smith. The prices are a bit steep—you’re definitely paying a premium to enjoy the Cajun-Southern fare—but this is a popular dining establishment, so reservations are recommended. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner, as well as Sun brunch. While the menu isn’t extensive, it does feature seven different and unique salads, priced between $12 and $30 each. For example, there’s a classic Caesar salad, warm chicken cobb salad, and the Long Warf lobster salad. Entrees, priced in the $30 to $40 range, include Southern pit-style BBQ ribs, grilled black Angus sirloin, pan-roasted free-range chicken, grilled rack of lamb, swordfish, and fresh Maine lobster.
