Toxic Items Properly Labeled/Stored/Used "Store toxic items separate or below food, food items, and equipment to prevent contamination. Observed a spray bottle of drain cleaner stored next to food items and above bread on storage shelf next to 3-compartment sink. Chemical was removed. "
Manager Demonstration of Knowledge/Certified Manager "During all hours of operation, there must be evidence of a certified food manager on duty for food safety purposes. Observed no evidence of a certified food manager on duty during inspection."
Labeling Provide labels to all packaged food items that are available for customer self-serve. Observed ice bags for customer self-serve without a label in reach-in-freezer. Labels must include the name and address of place where the item was manufactured. PIC stated ice bag labels ran out and new labels were already ordered.
