| Approved Systems (HACCP Plans/Time as Public Health Control) "Observed pizza being held at room temperature prior to baking. All foods that use time as a a public health control shall mark items to ensure holding time outside of refrigeration does not exceed four hours. Establishement must maintain documentation of items time marked and must have a written procedure that includes list of items holding, method of marking and method of destruction if items are held longer than four hours." |
| Handwashing Facilities Adequate and Accessible Provide hot water at all hand sinks to be at least 100 degrees F. The water at the hand sink in the bakery (nearest the walk in cooler) was observed less than 100 F. |
| Toxic Items Properly Labeled/Stored/Used Label all chemicals with proper labels to provide proper identification of the chemical. Observed two chemical spray bottles without proper labels in the food court kitchen. The glass cleaner was not labeled and the degreaser was mislabeled. |
| Food Establishment Permit Observed Food Establishment open and operating in Harris county jurisdiction without a current and valid Harris County Public Health Permit. Establishment must completet pre-opening process and pre-opening inspection/permitting AND purchase Harris county Health Permit prior to operating . |

As a member of Costco, we really enjoy going to this particular location off Grand Parkway and I-10 Store # 1167. This is our store of choice leaving the others closer to us ( three stores off 290, Bunker Hill, and 249.) because of their respective service. They know us by name, they accommodate and help on occasions to buy items that best suit us from laptops to TVs to just overall service with excellence. We appreciate Ms. T in Jewelry; Javier, Sandra, Ms. Jenn; Matt the Supervisor and so many more to name... Thank you for being the example for Costco.
