Items may be held off temperature for up to 4 hours. Manager stated that items had been out for two hours, so she placed them in a refrigeration unit."

Labeling "Observed items that are packaged on site for self service without proper labeling. When items are for customer self service, a label must be provided with the common name of the item, an ingredient list in order from most dominant ingredient to least dominant ingredient, a net weight, and where the item was packaged. Manager removed items from self service to behind the counter."
