Visited this location last night. I went inside the restaurant to order 1 cheese burger to go I was the only guest in the lobby at the time. I placed my order at 6:38pm and did not receive it until 6:49. I'm not sure why it took eleven minutes for 1 cheeseburger and I am the only guest in the restaurant. After waiting for so long one of the employees finally asked me what I was waiting on, I told him and then asked for the girl (which is the same one who took my order) who was working to go ahead and mark my order and she replied back to him "i'm not marking shit". I then asked him where the manager was, he pointed girl who took my order so when I asked her was she the manager she said yes, I informed her the customer service I had received was unsatisfactory, she proceeded to get into a shouting match with me..i asked for the number to cust service or corporate and she refused to give it to me! This is by far the worst service I have ever had with a fast food restaurant. I would like to mention that that other employees who were working this shift were working hard to fulfill other guest orders (in drive thru) and were doing a great job. However the leadership they had was far from LEADERSHIP...very disrespectful and this should be addressed by upper management!
