Food Contact Surfaces of Equipment and Utensils Cleaned/Sanitized Observed build up on the choppers stored as clean. Clean food contact surfaces after each use to prevent contamination of foods. The choppers were taken to the three compartment sink for cleaning.
Labeling "Observed individual packages of parfait and fruit which is self serve that did not have proper labels. Labels shall include name, address, weight, ingredients for proper identification of foods. The manager placed the proper premade labels on the required foods."
