Cold Hold (41 F/45F) Store cheese and cream cheese below the clear glass in the floor case in Dairy. Potentially hazardous food must be 41F or lower. Observed cheese stack high with a temperature of 49F. Food was lowered to correct.
Sound Condition Remove the swollen can observed in Bakery and the dented can in grocery.
Cross-contamination of Raw/cooked foods/Other Store different types of raw meat separated from each other. Observed the manager's special meats thrown into the same bin with raw pork and raw beef in contact with each other. Raw chicken skewers were also observed over beef skewers inside the Meat small storage cooler in the prep room.
Handwashing Facilities Adequate and Accessible Remove the push carts blocking the hand sinks as observed in the Bakery and the Meat department.
Toxic Items Properly Labeled/Stored/Used Remove the chemical spray bottles observed on top of the Deli prep counter and observed in Produce area over the food gloves.
