Observed raw shell eggs unrefrigerated and stored on a counter at an internal temperature of 73.5°F for >4 hours. The eggs were discarded in the trash and violation corrected on site.
Water Supply - Approved Source/Sufficient Capacity/Hot and Cold Under Pressure Provide hot water at a minimum temperature of 100°F for sanitation and hygiene control. Observed hot water at all the plumbing fixtures below 100°F and the operator placed a service call for repair of the water heater.
Handwashing Facilities Adequate and Accessible Provide hot water at a minimum temperature of 100°F at hand wash sinks for adequate cleaning of hands. Observed the hot water temperature at the hand wash at 85°F. A service call was placed for hot water restoration.
Toxic Items Properly Labeled/Stored/Used Provide a label on containers used for storage of chemicals to prevent chemical contamination. Observed an unlabeled pail of bleach sanitizer and the pail was labeled-violation corrected on site.
"Approved Sewage/Wastewater Disposal System, Proper Disposal" Obtain a commissary ticket within 24 hours of business operations and observed no commissary ticket within a 24 hour period of business operations. It was explained to the operator that daily visits are required to the commissary and to obtain the trip tickets prior to business operations.
