Cross-contamination of Raw/cooked foods/Other Cooked and ready-to-eat foods must be stored above raw meats to prevent cross contamination. Observed raw shell eggs stored next to and above ready-to-eat foods and vegetables in reach-in-cooler. Eggs were placed on bottom shelf of cooler.
Handwashing Facilities Adequate and Accessible "Provide a hand wash sink that is adequate and accessible to employees in kitchen, food prep, and service areas for proper and adequate hand washing to prevent food-borne illness. Observed no hand wash sink through out food establishment. Only restrooms had hand wash sinks. PIC stated employees were temporarily using 3 compartment sink for hand washing. PIC stated new hand sink will be installed soon. "
