Cold Hold (41 F/45F) Observed in the reach in cooler located near the grill beef and chicken with a temperature of 48 degrees F. Food that is being held at cold hold temperatures should be held at 41 degrees or below. Food had not been in the cooler for longer than the four time limit so the corrective action at that time was to have the food moved to the walk in cooler where the temperature was holding food at 39 degrees F or below.COS
