Both were corrected. |

Observed a resident that brought his dog behind the Bistro counter to get some coffee. Dog must be kept in the apartment and coffee available in the dining area for self service." |

| Good Repair 1. Throw out the dirty wire mesh strainer observed hanging with the clean pans if it cannot be properly cleaned. 2. Clean the deli slicer. 3. Clean the dirty plastic lids observed under the counter in the food prep room near the walk-in cooler. Remove all food debris and sticker residue observed. 4. Clean the heavy build up observed inside the silver hot hold rolling warmers. |
