Discard dates shall be present not more than 7 days of opening to prevent food borne illnesses. The manager stated that the bags were open two days ago so discard dates of March 1, 2015 were placed on the open bags of food."
Handwashing Facilities Adequate and Accessible Hot water knob was observed in disrepair at the front hand sink which did not allow hot water to turn on. Provide running hot water to be present at all hand sinks to ensure employees are washing hands properly.
Toxic Items Properly Labeled/Stored/Used Observed several chemical spray bottles without labels. Label all chemicals for proper identification and to prevent contamination of foods. The spray bottles were labeled during the inspection process.
