Observation: Do not re-use pizza cardboards - they are a single use item - this has been noted before - cardboards have been discarded, and pizza paddles purchased

Observation: The grinder used to grind the mozzerella cheese is in the walk-in and is only cleaned weekly - it needs to be cleaned daily.

Observation: A procedure and kit is needed for the clean up of vomit and diarrheal events. Inspector gave copy of procedure now you need the kit to go along with it.

Observation: Some toxic spray bottles are labeled glass cleaner and are not , one is not labeled at all. Unlabeled container is now labeled - the others are discarded.

Observation:A certified food protection manager was needed 6 months after the previous inspection due to foodborne risk violations - you are 1 month over this time frame - we will give you an additional 5 months to do that.

Observation: There is no soap being pumped into dishmachine - only a sanitizer in place of it - the owner is going to get some soap at time of inspection. Do not use dishmachine until soap is hooked up.
