      Two items in RI refrigerator were not date marked. Corrected.

      Home canned item was for personal use, was removed during inspection.

    • Mechanical washing/sanitizing (Hot water used as sanitizer: stationary rack 165° F, other units 180 F 4-501.112, p 126)
      Still using homestyle dish washer; unit does not comply with Food Code, needs to be removed. Ms Richards states that unit is no longer used and will be removed. Will do an inspection early next year to confirm that unit has been removed.

      Home made salsa on premise which was removed.

    • Mechanical washing/sanitizing (Sanitization requirement/methods: hot water or chemical 4-702.11, 4-703.11, p 137)
      Household dishwasher not approved for food service. Unit needs to be replaced with a commercial unit.
    • Adequate warewashing facilities (No test kit for checking concentration of sanitizer 4-302.14, p 120)
      No test kits to check sanitzer concentration.

    • Accessible/soap & towels provided (Hand soap/cleanser not provided 6-301.11, p 173)
      Bar hand sink has no hand soap, needs to be dispensed.

      Three compartment sink in outside shed drains on ground. Shed cannot be used until drains are connected to city sewer system.
