      Lots of areas in the kitchen and cookline need a thorough cleaning, grease and dirty has built up over time and needs to be removed. Pop dispensor area where the boxes are kept needs a thorough cleaning. The dishmachine area has a strong odor. High chairs are very sticky and needs to be cleaned. Once the build up is off ensure cleaning happens after every use.

      Left signs at previous inspection did not observe any posted at time of visit.

      Back flow device leaking above the mop sink.

      Over all cleaning needs to be done in the kitchen, dishmachine, and storage areas. Waste water under the pop machine in the front dining room needs to be removed daily and tub needs to be properly cleaned. Several fruit flies came out of area when the doors were opened and also has a strong odor. Ice cream machine front needs to be cleaned with sanitizer. Trays for the dishmachine need to be replaced. Area under the dishmachine has lots of dirty dishes and lots of food debris that needs to be cleaned up. High chairs are very soiled.

      Employee was talking on the phone the entire time I was inspecting the kitchen area. She was preparing, re-heating, and setting up the buffet area. She was wearing gloves but handling the phone and food items. Phones are very dirty and filled with bacteria.

      High chairs are very soiled and need to be thoroughly cleaned after every use. The pop nozzles in the dining room are soiled and need to be scrubbed with a brush to get all the debris off of them.
