    Observation:Pizza prep table temperature was 47 degrees, items that were stored in unit overnight had temperatures ranging from 50 to 51 degrees. Foods stored overnight were discarded, foods that were placed in unit within 4 hours were moved to other cold-holding units.
  • Prohibited storage areas for clean equipment and utensils
    Observation:Observed plastic food containers stored under sub kitchen prep sink.
  • Separating raw animal foods from raw ready to eat food and separating raw animal food from cooked ready to eat foods
    Observation:Observed cartons of shell eggs stored above beverages and with sandwiches on same trays in walk-in cooler. Corrected on site.
