Observation:The license and inspection report on on a bulletin board back behind counter and by office. Needs to moved to a location where the public can read the information.

Observation:no sanitizer bucket available upon inspection. Several soiled wiping cloths sitting out at room temp.

Observation:pinkish and grayish growth noted inside ice machine. Iced coffee spigot needs to be cleaned.

Observation:lights are not properly shielded in several areas.
- Clean condition-hands and arms
Observation:soiling underneath mng's nails. thoroughly clean under and around nail beds. correct this ASAP.

- Multiuse food contact surfaces are cleanable
Spigots for iced coffee drink need to be trimmed so that they are approx. 1/2 inch. (also trim plastic sheath off as it may allow for organism harborage. The ice machine needs to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized (build up noted up underneath at lid hinge.) and the ice scoop needs to be replaced as it is broken and pieces are missing.

The employee health reporting agreement did not sound familiar to store manager. Please review records and ensure that staf has reviewed and signed an employee health reporting agreement. See pg 37 of Employee Health and Personal Hygiene for an example of language required.
