    Observation: Observed floor near sink separating and unsealed. The city is planning to apply for a grant to fix the flooring and a city council meeting is planned this week to discuss further action. The establishment will contact me when they have further action.

    Observation: Observed the tile flooring near the grease trap and in front of the sinks is cracked and missing and has separated.
  • Material characteristics of non-food contact surfaces
    Observation: Observed the stand that the dishwasher is on has unprotected wood exposed, needs to be sealed.

    Observation: Observed floor tile along the sinks and grease trap has moved and is now chipping around grease trap and two tile near washing machine have become unsealed.

    Observation: Observed wooden box under dishwasher needs to be sealed and non absorbent.
