    Observation: Eggs were stored above ready to eat food in the walk-in cooler located in the deli area. Head cook corrected by relocating eggs.

    Observation: Observed bare hand contact with cake. Corrected at time of inspection.

    Observation: Condensation in freezers is accumulating on frozen product in back storage. This has been address and is being managed with a plan in place to resolve the issue completely.
