Roasts held at a temperature of 130°F or above Observed a large quantity of butter setting out at room temperature that must be kept under refrigeration between uses. Placed under refrigeration for correction onsite. Currently milk is shuttled between refrigeration and serve line between classes - would like to see the milk cooler used for self-service during lunch periods to ensure cold milk is served to the students.
