- Sanitizers
Quaternary sanitizer in spray bottles was too strong. It must be mixed to yield 200 ppm and checked with orange test strip. ( mix 1/4 teaspoon in spray bottle) Mix bleach to yield 50-100 ppm (check it with white test strips, and strip should turn medium purple) Corrected at time of inspection
