Observation:Observed package of hamburger buns stored near kitchen handsink, in an area prone to contamination from water splashes during handwashing. Discussed adding a barrier to the sink or rearranging the countertop to keep foods and food packaging (fry baskets, etc.) away from the handsink. Also observed case of cabbage on walk-in cooler floor.

Observation:Observed opening under storeroom exit door - weatherstripping/door sweep appears to be missing.

Observation:There are no labels with store name and address on the containers of peanut clusters and peanut brittle.
- Separating raw animal foods from raw ready to eat food and separating raw animal food from cooked ready to eat foods
Observation:Observed carton of shell eggs stored on walk-in cooler shelf above hamburger buns - manager said the eggs were to be discarded, discarded, corrected on site.
