Observation: Vents on dish machine have dust build-up. Clean and maintain cleaning at frequency to prevent future build-up.

Observation: 1) Cove base is required at floor wall juncture. Install in dry storage. 2) Floor must ba easily cleanable. Grout saw cuts in dry storage. 3) Utility line must be installed off the floor. Move dish electrican line. 4) Replace ceiling tiles next to hood system. 5) Caulk around basin of mop sink and FRP/basin juncture.

Observation: Observed fruit flies in 3 bottles of liquor. Jar of jalps in reach-in cooler were cloudy. All food must be unadultered. Discarded during inspection. CORRECTED

Observation: 1) Right basin on food prep sink has a leak on drain line. 2) Water line to garbage disposal is leaking. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair. Repair as needed.

Observation: Ice scoop being stored in ice bin in product. In use utensils must be stored on a cleanable surface. Placed on tray on top of ice machine. CORRECTED.

Observation: Every handsink to be used by employees must have sign reminding them to wash their hands. Given signs during inspection. Post at all sinks.
