Areas included: main, center prep area (crumbs and debris on shelving and inside the unit), build-up of debris below the garbage can near the self-service pop dispenser, debris on walls and floor in the mop room, back right corner behind dishwasher.

Observation:Dust accumulation on the walls/ceiling near a ceiling vent in the kitchen. Containers are being stored on shelving directly below the vent. Dust accumulation on the condenser fan grills in the walk-in freezer.

General cleaning practices needs to be done more thoroughly (observed food & misc. debris under racking, under the ice machine, in employee locker area, under front pass-thru area, dead insects inside of light shields in the storage area, top of fryer hood).
