Observation: Back door to storage area kept open - provide a screen door on this to prevent entry of pests.

Chemicals were observed being stored above the three hole sink. Corrected at time of inspection
- Food employees hair is effectively restrained
- equipment food contact surfaces and utensils clean to sight and touch.
Shelves had some crumbs on them. Duct tape was used on one of the doors to fix it.
