- Established procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
Observation: There currently is not a written procedure to cleanup a vomiting or diarrheal event available on the premises.As of 1/1/14 all food establishments must have a written procedure on how employees should respond to and clean a vomiting or diarrheal incident.
- Physical facilities maintained in good repair
Observation: There are several Holes in ceiling above the bar that have wires coming out of them. Holes must be covered to provide proper clean-ability of the ceiling. All surfaces must be smooth easily cleanable and non absorbent.
- Posting inspection reports
Observation: Latest inspection report is not posted in the establishment. All inspection reports must be posted at eye level where the public can view them without having to ask to see them.
- Certified Food Protection Manager with management and supervisory responsibility employed by the establishment
Observation: Establishment does not currently employ a certified food protection manager. All establishments providing food shall employ at least one person with managerial duties that is a certified food protection manager.

Observation: Single service items were stored on the floor in storage. All food and single service utensils must be stored 6" off floor for cleaning purpose.
- Manual warewashing sinks requirements
Observation: Three compartment sink shall be provided for manually washing, rinsing, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
- Plumbing system repaired according to law
Observation: Mop sink is removable now. Must maintain all plumbing in good working order to prevent contamination.
- Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
Observation: Cracked tile flooring in kitchen area near fridge. Must replace new tiles for easily cleanable.
