Observation: Pop gun holsters at bar were soiled. Person in charge removed pop gun holsters to be cleaned.

Observation: Baseboard tiles were broken or missing under the dish machine. Person in charge stated that they are replacing the dish machine and will replace the tiles when they install the new dish machine. Broken floor tiles at server station by ice machine.

Observation: Establishment has purchased a new refrigeration unit that will be delivered on 11/4/15. Copy of the invoice provided and attached to inspection. Establishment is storing food items at the cook line between the temperatures of 45-52*F. Person in charge instructed food employee to rearrange container storage, to store ice surrounding all sides of the container.

Observation: Undercounter refrigeration under flat top grill had food product at a temperature of 52*F. Food employee placed ice in a pan inside unit. Food employee removed product from unit to store food containers directly in contact with the ice. Employee stated they have purchased a new refrigeration unit.
