Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems design, installation, and cleaning Observation: Hood filters have become soiled and must be cleaned. Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean Observation: Walk in cooler racks have become dusty and must be cleaned. Package integrity Observation: One can of applesauce was dented on the top seal. May not use any can that is dented on top, bottom, or side seals.
